How to Cancel the White Label Subscription

Step 1. Login to your GearBubble account

First, login to your GearBubble account to access your Gearbubble dashboard. If you don't know how to log in to GearBubble, please check out this article.

Step 2. Access the "White Label" tab

Click on the "White Label" tab located on your dashboard, then choose "Edit Domain":

Step 3. "Unsubscribe" from the Subscription

Next, click on "Unsubscribe." And the service has been canceled!

Important Note About Subscription Fee & Domain Purchases

Please keep in mind that the subscription fee for the white label domain is $50/year, and it's non-refundable. If you no longer wish to use the service, be sure to cancel it before the next invoice. It's also important to note that once a domain is purchased, it cannot be changed. We advise you to choose your domain carefully before setting up your store.
