How to Create a Manual Single Order

Creating a manual single order is helpful if you need to generate an additional order for a customer. Or in some cases, if you have an order that didn't pass through the integration automatically. To place a manual product order with Gearbubble, simply follow the steps below.

How to Manually Create a Single Product Order

Step 1. Access Your Dropship Dashboard

To begin, login to your GearBubble account here to access your main Gearbubble dashboard. If you don't know how to log in to GearBubble, please check out this article.

Then, click on the "View Dropship Dashboard" link to access the dropship dashboard.

Step 2. Create an Individual Order for a Gearbubble Product

To begin creating a manual order, click on the "New order" tab and then choose "Individual order" from the dropdown menu.

Step 3. Choose the Gearbubble Product You’d Like to Order

To choose the campaign you’d like to manually order, click the ‘Select this Product’ button.

If you don't see the campaign, you can use the "Search" box to locate it.

Scroll down and click on "Next step".

Step 4. Choose the Style & Quantity of Products You'd Like to Order

First, choose the variant or style of the product you want to order. Then, enter the quantity of products you want to order. 

  • Please note: When you order 10 or more of the same product, you will receive a bulk quantity discount. This is applied automatically when you checkout. The larger your order, the great the discount. You can see the available bulk discounts listed on the page. as listed in the page.

If you are placing an order for precious jewelry, you will also have the option to add an upsell: the gift wrap and/or luxury box. To do so, simply check the upsells you wish to include in the order.

  • Please note: The option to add gift wrap and a luxury box is not available for all products.

When you are finished choosing the style, quantity and if available, the upsell options, click on "Next Step" to proceed.

Step 5. Provide Customer’s Shipping Information

Fill out all of the necessary information, including the name and shipping address.

If you do not need to auto-update tracking numbers for Amazon or Etsy, scroll down and click "Next step" at the bottom of the page. Otherwise, proceed to step 6.

Step 6. Enter Tracking Numbers for Amazon & Etsy Orders (OPTIONAL)

If your order came from Amazon or Etsy and it was not imported through the integration, you can still have the tracking number automatically updated to Amazon/Etsy once it's available.

Simply click on "Look here" for guidance on which order ID to enter in these fields.

  • Please note: This step is optional. If you prefer not to fill in the ID number, or if the order is from a different platform, you can leave these fields blank.

If you have chosen to provide the ID information and you've entered it into the fields, you can click "Next step" at the bottom of the page to proceed.


Step 7. Complete the Manual Order

Review your order information and click on the "Would you like to proceed?" button to complete the manual order process.
