How to Create a Bulk Order

By placing a bulk order, you can save a ton of time and receive discounts for ordering multiple units in a single order. This is especially useful when selling on a platform that doesn't integrate with GearBubble. Let's explore how to place a bulk order!

How to Create a Bulk Order on Gearbubble

Step 1. Access Your Dropship Dashboard

Before we begin, login to your GearBubble account at this link If you don't know how to log in to GearBubble, please check out this article.

Once you've logged in, click on the "View Dropship Dashboard" link to access the dashboard.

Step 2. Download the Bulk Order Template File

Click on the "New order" tab and choose the "Multiple product bulk order" option.

If you don't already have the form template file to place the order, click "Download Example CSV" to access the form template.

Step 3. Provide Bulk Order Information on the Form

To fill in the form template file for your bulk order:

• Column A: Provide the product name - It's important to make sure you enter the right product name, not the style name of the product.
  
  You can use this Design Guidelines & Best Practices file for reference. Go to the "Product Details" section, get the Product name from the first column to fill in Column A of the template file. IMPORTANT: DO NOT use the style name.

• Column B, C: Enter the order ID from Amazon/Etsy/eBay or any number for your organizing/monitoring purposes
• Column D, E, F: Use the exact information from the Design Guidelines & Best Practices document:

• Column G: Enter the quantity of units you want to order.
• Column H, I: Upload your designs to a storage service (such as Google Drive) and paste the URL of the front and back designs into these columns. If there's no design for the back of the product, leave column I blank. Ensure that the design URLs are publicly accessible for processing.
• Column T, U: If you are ordering precious jewelry, you have the options to add the Luxury box or the Gift wrap to the order. Please note that you can choose only ONE option. Change the text of column T to TRUE if you want to add the the Luxury box, or column U if you want to add the Gift wrap. 
• Column V (Optional): If you add the Gift wrap, you can include a short message in column V. The message will be written in a card and included in the Gift wrap.
• Fill in other columns with the shipping info, then save it as a .csv file.

Step 4. Upload the CSV file to GearBubble

Click "Choose file" to select the bulk order file you just filled in and then click on "Upload CSV" to upload it to GearBubble. If the file is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email from GearBubble

Important Note About "File Not Accepted" Error:

If the file isn't accepted, GearBubble will notify you via email. The most common reason for this is that one or more columns contain information in the wrong format. Please review the previous steps to correct the information. If the error persists, please reach out to our support team at [e-mail].
