Troubleshooting: Gearbubble Products Won’t Upload After Connecting Etsy Integration

If you have just connected GearBubble and Etsy for the first time, attempted to upload your initial product, but it didn't upload, don't worry! In this article, we've shared common reasons for this to occur and how you can easily fix it.

How to Fix Gearbubble Products that Won’t Upload After Connecting the Etsy Integration

Solution #1: You need to manually list your first Etsy Product

Before you upload products from GearBubble, you need to manually list a product on your Etsy shop. To learn how to list a product on Etsy, you can follow the steps shared in this article.



Solution #2: You need to publish your products in Etsy

When you upload products from GearBubble, they will be sent to the Drafts folder on Etsy. In order for the integration to work properly, you will need to publish the products from the Drafts folder on Etsy. You will also need to pay the Etsy listing fee for each product.

To publish your listings from Drafts on Etsy, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your Etsy account
  2. Go to Shop Manager - ListingsScreenshot 2024-04-04 at 10.07.43 AM.png
  3. Click on "Drafts" from the sorting menu on the right side of your screenScreenshot 2024-04-04 at 10.12.09 AM.png
  4. Click at the title of the listing you want to publish
  5. Do any adjustments as you wish or leave it as is
  6. Click on "Publish" at the bottom right corner of your screen.



Solution #3. You need to have a valid payment method on file

You need to have a valid credit card or bank payment on both GearBubble and Etsy for the integration to work smoothly.

Solution #4. Your store name on Gearbubble and Etsy must match

In order for the integration to work, the store name you've entered in your Gearbubble account must be an exact match with how your store name appears on your Etsy account. This includes making sure that all capitals and spaces match as well.
