How to Change the Shipping Address of an Order

If you or the customer discovers that the shipping address provided for an order was filled incorrectly, please contact our support team and provide the order ID via chat (available 8 AM to 5 PM PDT every day) or email 

Please Note: Order Requests Need to Be Submitted ASAP

Our team prioritizes quick delivery on every order to maintain customer satisfaction. For this reason, we may not be able to update the shipping address for orders that have already been shipped or orders that are older than 24 hours.

In such cases, we can arrange for a free reshipment or cancellation of the order. If you choose to cancel the order, you can place a new order with the correct shipping address after the original order has been canceled and refunded.
