Whether you need to process a manual order or orders through our integration, you need to have a valid credit card on file. This ensures all orders are fulfilled without issue and that the integration functions smoothly.
To put a credit card on file with your Gearbubble account or update your credit card details on the dropship dashboard, simply follow these steps.

How to Update Your Credit Card for Dropship & Manual Orders
Step 1. Access your GearBubble Dropship Dashboard
To begin, login to your GearBubble account here to access your main Gearbubble dashboard. If you don't know how to log in to GearBubble, please check out this article.
Then, click on the "View Dropship Dashboard" link to access the dropship dashboard.
Step 2. Access Your Dropship Dashboard Settings
Once you've reached your dropship dashboard, click on your name located in the top right corner of the screen to open the dropdown menu.
Then, click on "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
Step 3. Provide Your Credit Card Information
To begin adding or updating your credit card information, click on "Edit" to enter your credit card number.
Then provide the name on your credit card, expiration date, and CVV code as required. Be sure that you are using a valid credit card that is not expired.
Once you've provided your credit card information, click on "Save Changes" to save your card on file.
Notes
If your card has expired, you may see a warning message in a blue-shaded area on your dropship dashboard. In this case, you can click on the Credit Card link to update it.
