How to cancel a GearBubble order

 

If you need to cancel a GearBubble order, please contact our support team via chat (available 8 AM to 5 PM PDT every day) or email support@gearbubble.org so we can have it cancelled for you.

 

We recommend notifying us promptly if you wish to cancel an order. Orders that are older than 24 hours or have already been shipped may not be eligible for cancellation. In such cases, we kindly ask customers to return the product upon receipt for a full refund. Please ensure the package remains unopened and simply drop it off at a local USPS with the note "Return to Sender."
