How to Upload Products to Amazon through the Integration

Once you've seamlessly integrated GearBubble with Amazon, it's time for the thrilling next step: uploading your products to your Amazon store! Discover these simple steps to effortlessly populate your store with exclusive products in just one click!

Before proceeding with the steps below, ensure that you have an Amazon Pro Seller account and have obtained a GTIN exemption for your products. For reference, please review this article.

Step 1. Access Your GearBubble Dropship Dashboard

To begin, login to your GearBubble account here to access your main Gearbubble dashboard. If you don't know how to log in to GearBubble, please check out this article.

Then, click on the "View Dropship Dashboard" link to access the dropship dashboard.

Step 2. Open Your Product Dashboard for the Amazon Integration

Click on the "Stores" tab.

Click on the "New Product" option of the Amazon store:

Step 3. Upload Products from GearBubble to Amazon

The Product dashboard will open. Click on "Upload" to upload the products you want to transfer to Amazon.

Please note:

Only non-personalized products can be uploaded to Amazon. To check which products can be uploaded through the integration, please check out this article.

The "Upload" button will change to "Uploading". It may take 2-3 hours and up to 24 hours for the product to be fully uploaded. Once the product finishes uploading, its status will change to "Configured":
