Troubleshooting: Manual orders cannot be created

Solution 1: You don't have a credit card on file or the credit card has expired

Whether you need to process a manual order or orders through our integration, you need to have a valid credit card on file. This ensures all orders are fulfilled without issue and that the integration functions smoothly.

If you don't have a credit card on file your card has expired, you may see a warning message in a blue-shaded area on your dropship dashboard. In this case, you can click on the Credit Card link to update it.

You can check out How to Update Your Credit Card for Dropship & Manual Order Payments for detailed steps on how to update/add a credit card on GearBubble.

Solution 2: Your product is not available for the manual order process

If the product you're fulfilling is not available for upload through the integration, it is also not available for the manual order process. Check Which products can be uploaded through each integration?
