Domestic orders are usually shipped with DHL Globalmail and UPS, and then they are delivered by USPS. You can track your orders at:





Sometimes, the packages are handled to USPS without being updated by DHL or UPS. Please try www.usps.com if both of the above failed. Tracking can also take 48 business hours to update.

    I ordered a facemask a couple hours ago. I never got an email confirming my order. I was never asked my email address to get confirmation or even to sign up. I sent all my payment information as well. Can you check to see that order?
